Jonathan McKee

Jonathan McKee practices real estate and corporate commercial law.

Jonathan assists clients with real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, real estate development, and corporate transactions including asset and share acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financings. He has assisted clients across a broad range of industries including real estate, health care, insurance, technology, mining, and private equity. 

Jonathan joined the firm as a summer student in 2014 and began his articles in 2016 after completing a clerkship with Mr. Justice Harris and Madam Justice Stromberg-Stein of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Jonathan became an associate in 2017.

Before attending law school, Jonathan served for seven years in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an air combat systems officer.
