Eike Bodo Matthes advises in trademark, design, copyright, trade secrets and unfair competition law specializing on complex IP disputes as well as technology and know-how licensing matters. He focusses on clients in the automotive sector as well as in the technology, life sciences, consumer goods and sports fashion industries.

With a strong background in national, cross-border and multijurisdictional dispute resolution, Eike helps clients protect and enforce their intellectual property rights as well as defend against third-party claims in as well as out of court. He frequently represents clients in litigation and administrative proceedings before German and EU courts and trademark offices.

Eike also advises clients on all IP matters including know-how protection for R&D agreements, joint ventures and corporate transactions.
