About

A former Japanese judge and litigator, Shuzo Maryama, focuses his practice on US patent litigation and licensing involving leading Japanese corporations. He works on a wide range of technologies and life sciences. His experience covers ANDA litigation.

Based on his ten-year trial experience in Japan and ten-year patent litigation practice in the United States, he offers his clients critical insight and invaluable advice with regard to cross-border patent cases.
