Fiorenza assists clients in setting up platforms for the issuance (for retail and institutional investors) and listing on regulatory and non-regulatory markets, of a wide range of debt financial instruments such as bonds, covered warrants and derivatives.

She also gained consolidated experience in relation to regulatory aspects within the banking and financial services sector.
