Michael Madigan advises US- and foreign-based multinational corporations on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters. He concentrates his practice on the tax-efficient structuring of international operations and transactions, pre-divestiture carveouts, post-acquisition planning and integration, utilization of foreign tax credits and other attributes, and cross-border financing.
