With extensive experience in all stages of litigation from pre-filing to trial and appeal, Jason counsels clients in a variety of complex matters, including intellectual property protection and enforcement (copyright, trade secret, and trademark), defamation and privacy, film licensing and music publishing rights, unfair competition, consumer class action defense, and high-stakes commercial disputes.
