Vicky has a broad business law practise. She works alongside companies across Canada, the United States, and abroad, on a ‎wide range of commercial contracts and transactions. She is routinely called upon to assist in M&As ‎‎and financings.    

Vicky also has extensive experience in advising Canadian and international clients on compliance with modern slavery laws, including Canada’s new Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.

Vicky has a keen interest in entertainment law. She has completed Osgoode Hall Law School’s Certificate in Entertainment Law and has advised video game companies on various commercial matters.

Vicky holds dual degrees from the University of Ottawa, from which she graduated magna cum laude in ‎civil law and cum laude in common law. She received various awards during her studies, including the ‎Honourable Marc Noël Scholarship and the Merit Scholarship, in recognition of her academic ‎achievements.

Upon graduating from law school, Vicky clerked at the Federal Court of Canada for the Honourable Justice ‎Martine St-Louis. She then practised at the Department of Justice Canada, as well as at a boutique business law firm in Ottawa, where she developed an internationally focused practise ‎while servicing domestic clients confronted with unusual or challenging legal matters.‎
