Advising a worldwide market-leading German family-owned logistic company HOYER on its acquisition of pan-Asian Kerry-ITS Holding Group in Singapore, China, Vietnam and Thailand.
Advising the globally operating Tentamus Group on its acquisition of food analysis laboratories from the TÜV Rheinland Group in China and Taiwan.
Advising team.blue, a leading European digital enabler for companies and entrepreneurs backed by HG Capital, on a series of transactions in the course of its “Buy-and-Build” strategy across Europe, including i) the acquisition of SuperHosting, a Bulgarian market leader specialising in professional web hosting, domains and VPS services; ii) the acquisition of Webnode, a pan-European website builder company; iii) the acquisition of Enartia Group, a market leader in web hosting and domain registration in Greece with additional subsidiaries in Serbia and Albania, as well as iv) the acquisition of Dutch e-commerce hosting specialist Hipex; and v) the acquisition of Italian-based iubenda, one of Europe’s leading privacy and compliance tools.
Advising GM Cruise, a global leading technology company focusing on the development of autonomous vehicles majority-owned by General Motors, on the acquisition of Astyx GmbH from Zukunft Ventures GmbH, a subsidiary of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, and the founders of Astyx GmbH.
Advising the MDAX-listed Jungheinrich AG, one of the world's leading solution providers for intralogistics, on the acquisition of arculus GmbH, a technology company based in Munich that operates in the autonomous mobile robots (AMR) sector.
Advising US-based Fyllo, a compliance-first platform providing data-driven marketing and regulatory solutions for high-growth industries, on acquisition of Semasio, a pioneer in unified targeting for digital marketing.
