Lee represents issuers and underwriters in a broad range of capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, at–the–market offerings, private placements, convertible notes, high yield and investment grade bond offerings, and liability management transactions. She also regularly advises public companies in their securities law compliance, corporate governance, and SEC reporting obligations, primarily in the life sciences and technology sectors.
