Gemma Lawrence

Gemma leads our group’s data analytics capability. 

Our deals hold a compelling amount of data on market terms and trends – Gemma ensures that we analyse and disseminate this intel for the benefit of our group and our clients.

Prior to this role, Gemma was a Legal Director in DLA Piper’s finance group where she gained over 10 years’ experience of debt finance transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, real estate finance, large corporate lending, refinancing and restructurings. 

Gemma had a particular focus on cross-border financing transactions, and she continues to work very closely with colleagues from across the global DLA Piper network in her market intelligence role.
