Roberta Laghi is Senior Lawyer in the Competition and Regulated Markets group within the Litigation & Regulatory department. She is based in the Rome office.
She gained a notable experience in competition law, consumer protection law and foreign investment regulations, advising on contentious, non-contentious and transactional matters.
Roberta provides assistance to Italian and international clients with reference to national and European cases concerning cartels, abuses of dominant position, mergers, State Aids, consumer protection and golden power.
Her experience also encompasses antitrust damages actions, antitrust compliance programs and audits, dawn raids.
She advised clients in several industries, including automotive, energy, raw materials, life science, FMCG, banking and finance services, infrastructure, transport, technology.
Before joining DLA Piper in 2023, Roberta worked for leading Italian and international law firms.
