Katrina Kotarba

Katrina Kotarba maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on mergers and ‎acquisitions, ‎corporate finance, securities, and debt finance.‎

Katrina has experience advising public and private companies based in Canada and abroad in various ‎‎corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private ‎placement financings, ‎stock exchange listings, and ‎franchise development.‎

Katrina received her J.D. from the University of Toronto, where she acted as a Clinic Manager for Artists’ ‎Legal Advice Services and served as Co-Director of the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada. ‎

Katrina summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2024.‎
