Marina Kananova focuses her practice on representing institutions, investors, and private companies in all aspects of real estate capital markets. 

Marina represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including structuring of real estate related joint venture acquisitions, ongoing fund operational matters, and REIT transactions. Marina assists clients in drafting and negotiating fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, side letters and private placement memoranda.
