Elle Jimenez is an associate within the FDA Regulatory Group. She provides legal advice on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters impacting national and international clients that manufacture, distribute, and retail FDA-regulated products, such as foods, beverages, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, drugs, and other consumer goods.

Elle also advises on navigating complex regulatory frameworks that apply to products and goods regulated by other government agencies, including TTB, USDA, and CPSC. In addition to her regulatory work, Elle assists with FDA due diligence on behalf of companies seeking to acquire or invest in companies with a portfolio of regulated products.
