Thomas J. Hendershot

Tom Hendershot focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and leveraged buyouts.

Tom also counsels clients on general corporate law and the resolution of day-to-day legal issues.
