Martin Goodlett’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt facilities.

Martin represents and advises banks, private credit funds and other institutional lenders in connection with a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including venture debt, asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities, with an emphasis on technology and life sciences industries.  He has extensive experience counseling lenders and companies on senior and mezzanine acquisition finance transactions, general working capital loans and recapitalizations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Martin worked at another international law firm.
