Ludovica Gennaro assists national and international clients by providing judicial and extrajudicial consultancy in the energy, environmental law, construction and town planning sector.

In particular, she focuses on litigations relating to environmental issues, development, operation and exercise of renewable source energy plants connection to the distribution grid, obtaining permits and the environmental, landscape and in general administrative authorizations required for the construction and exercise of plants, access to public incentive schemes, accuracy of the authorization process and controls and in general issues relating to administrative law.

She has gained significant experience in the field of hydroelectric and state concessions, public procurement and concessions, public-private partnerships, town planning and legislation on cultural and landscape heritage.
