Tom Fancett is an employment lawyer who advises on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters. Tom’s experience ranges from advising on commercial transactions, restructuring programmes, Employment Tribunal claims, to providing guidance on day-to-day HR and disciplinary issues.
Tom advises clients across multiple different industries including the tech, airline, hospitality, construction and pharmaceutical sectors. He has also undertaken several in-house client secondments, most recently with Deliveroo.

- Advised an international hotel and resort owner in relation to the sale of seven hotels across the UK.
- Advised a software company on the enforceability of restrictive covenants for a sales team hired from a rival company.
- Negotiated a portfolio of over 150 settlement agreements on behalf of a major bank undergoing a large restructure program.
