Jacklynn Everduim, Legal Director in the Corporate M&A team of DLA Piper, has over 10 years of experience in leading international M&A (asset and share) transactions, providing general corporate law advice, setting up (or disentangling) joint ventures and leading complex corporate restructurings (usually) between signing and completion of M&A transactions. She advises large (inter)national clients and leads the deal team throughout the entire transaction. Jacklynn has a particular focus on the industrials and tech sectors. Clients describe her as professionally reliable by her dedication, proactiveness, provider of great solutions and ability to stay calm. With her excellent corporate legal knowledge, she assists clients with making strategic decisions in transactions. Jacklynn is also part of the ESG committee at DLA Piper Netherlands.

  • Advising Lely Holding S.a.r.l. on the sale of its worldwide forage business through various asset transactions and share transactions in 12 countries.
  • Advising UGI Corporation on the acquisition of Dutch energy marketer DVEP Investeringen B.V.
  • Advising Danaher Corporation on the acquisition of the business and activities of Kipp & Zonen from Nordian Capital Partners and existing management.
  • Advising Temasek and Metric Capital on their investment in Dream International.
  • Advising Saur SAS and Nijhuis Saur Industries on:
    – Acquisition of a majority stake in the Econvert group
    – Acquisition of PWNT
    – Acquisition of the Byosis group in the Netherlands
    – Acquisition of the FlooTech group in Finland
  • Advising Netafim Ltd on its acquisition of the Gakon group.
  • Advising Hunter Douglas N.V. in connection with 3G capital’s acquisition of an (indirect) controlling stake in Hunter Douglas N.V. from Ralph Bergson (Hunter Douglas’ former major shareholder).
  • Advising BASF on:
    – their investment in Ahrma Holdings BV; and
    – their divestment of their catalyst business in the Netherlands.
