  • Advising a global insurance company on the re-procurement of business critical print outsourcing services, to replace the incumbent provider as part of a stressed exit scenario.
  • Advising a next-gen banking and payments technology company in respect of its partnership with Citigroup for the provision of a cloud-native platform.
  • Advising an insurance sector client on the procurement of cyber recovery and implementation services, to put in place an immutable data back-up on its entire operations.
  • Advising the Society of Lloyd’s, the world's premier insurance market organisation, in relation to its business critical re-platforming and outsourced operation agreement with DXC.
  • Advising on the re-procurement of an electronic insurance placing platform, comprising a range of integrated SaaS products and putting in place its user facing agreements.
  • Advising a global retail bank on its strategic, global partnership agreement with Google, as part of the bank's phased migration of data and services to cloud platforms.
  • Advising a major insurer on its global re-procurement of unified communications technology and related services.
  • Advising a major bank on the outsourcing of learning services on a global basis, valued at $650m.
  • Advising a global retail bank on its recruitment process outsourcing arrangement, including negotiating master services agreements and local country agreements with each regional supplier.
