Natalie Dalton

Natalie Dalton advises procuring authorities, sponsors, funders and the key supply chain members on major PPP, project finance and other forms of infrastructure projects.

Natalie has experience across a wide range of sectors including transport (road and bridges), social infrastructure (health and education) and energy (including renewable energy, energy efficiency and nuclear). Natalie's experience involves advising on new projects and operational issues, including variations.

In respect of renewable energy projects, Natalie has particular experience of grid issues. Natalie carries out grid due diligence and advises clients on offers and connection agreements granted for the distribution network with Independent Distribution Network Operators (iDNOs) and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). Natalie is currently advising a client in respect of its application to become an iDNO.

Natalie has experience coordinating completions, whether via a completion meeting or virtual completion. Natalie regularly manages post completion matters following financial close.
