Andrew Current

Associate
About

Andrew Current advises clients regarding federal, state, and local procurement matters from litigation and corporate transactions to compliance with trade, grant, and anti-corruption requirements.

Andrew spent several years in government service, where he gained an insight into the decision-making process for both executive and judicial branches of state and federal government. He has helped stakeholders determine risk, map out action plans, and close out lengthy and costly litigation matters. He has also assisted clients in navigating fraud actions, both in response to agency investigations and in federal trial court.

In addition to helping clients resolve disputes, Andrew supports clients that buy and sell companies covered by federal and state procurement regulations. He has also advised clients on prime-subcontractor obligations, compliance with internal trade and domestic preference requirements, and securing government financing for emergency response operations.
