Cassandra Cuellar
PartnerCassandra Cuellar represents emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and venture capital investors in a broad range of corporate transactions, primarily in the context of venture capital financings, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance initiatives. She counsels companies involved in all stages of the business lifecycle. Cassandra also advises venture capital and strategic investors, such as investment funds, corporate venture capital investors, and angel investors on investment strategy, divestments, and other portfolio company matters.
