Alicja Ciebiera

Alicja Ciebiera is an advocate who specialises in banking, civil and commercial law. She advises Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, banking syndicates and borrowers at all stages of domestic and cross-border financings, focusing on real estate acquisitions and development projects, project finance (including the financing of renewable energy projects), and financing of corporate acquisitions.

She assists in preparing and negotiating facility documents, including LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets and security documents, as well as drafting legal opinions, conducting legal due diligence reviews of the documents connected with financial indebtedness, and managing the process of fulfilling conditions precedent for the utilization of facilities.
