EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Einride on a groundbreaking USD300m ABS facility provided by Barclays as senior lender and backed by electric freight receivables originated in seven different countries.
  • Advising Viola Credit in relation to a GBP50m funding of loans originated by MarketFinance Limited under the British Business Bank's CBILS initiative.
  • Advising PKO Leasing S.A. (PKOL), the largest leasing company in Poland, on the first Simple, Transparent and Standardised (STS) securitisation transaction in Poland and the largest ever securitisation in the Polish market.
  • Advising Mount Street Mortgage Servicing in its capacity as servicer and special servicer in connection with European CMBS transactions and the restructuring of distressed loans.
  • Advising a UK financial institution, as senior funder, on a EUR400m securitisation of factoring, reverse factoring and SME loans, originated by a Spanish FinTech platform.
  • Advising SME Capital in relation to the establishment of a securitisation platform for the origination of SME loans.
