Michał Celiński specialises in corporate law, commercial law and M&A processes. He advises both Polish and foreign clients on M&A transactions and private equity investments, participating in legal due diligence reviews and drafting transaction documentation. Michał also supports clients in day-to-day corporate issues. In addition, he has also worked on capital markets projects, including IPOs and financing through bonds issues.

Michał has advised clients on numerous M&A and venture capital projects, mainly in the renewable energy sector, and also IT and manufacturing sector, involving both share deals and asset deals. He has advised on all stages of transactions, ensuring adherence to market principles and regulatory regimes.
