Gina is a member of the Corporate and Private Equity practice group. She focuses her practice on private equity law, including a variety of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, restructurings, cross-border transactions and general corporate governance. She primarily works on buy-side transactions for leading technology companies in a variety of sectors.
Gina received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and her law degree from the University of California College of the Law at San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she concentrated in business law and externed for Shutterfly’s Commercial, Real Estate and Corporate legal team.
