Prior Experience
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Carlo’s practice centered on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, with a focus on disputes involving trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, and unfair competition. In addition to litigating IP-centric disputes in federal and state courts, Carlo also represented clients in enforcement actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and assisted in the management and monetization of domestic and international intellectual property portfolios.
