About

Jeffrey Bradshaw has a practice focused on restructuring and insolvency law.

Jeffrey has extensive experience acting on behalf of financial institutions, creditors, debtors, Trustees and Court-appointed receivers, in all types of proceedings including bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships and corporate restructurings.

Acting on behalf of lenders and creditors, Jeffrey focuses his practice on achieving maximum debt recovery for his clients — either through negotiation, litigation, or out-of-court enforcement. 

Acting on behalf of debtors, Jeffrey seeks out practical and effective solutions to a range of significant legal and business challenges his clients are facing.

Jeffrey has experience appearing at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Jeffrey completed a clerkship with the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and applies the lessons he learned at the Court every day to his practice.

Prior to practicing law, Jeffrey served as a senior manager in the non-profit sector for 10 years. He has worked with the Jewish Federation of Ottawa, the Vancouver Hillel Foundation, and the Canadian Jewish Congress and received his master of arts degree in Jewish professional Studies from Spertus College in Chicago.
