Kate Binedell is a funds lawyer, specialising in real estate, real estate debt and credit funds, club deals, co-investments and joint ventures.

She advises on the structuring, creation and operation of onshore and offshore funds and other structured real estate investment vehicles. She also advises on related matters, such as fund conversions (closed- to open-ended, unauthorised to authorised), carried interest structures, secondary sales and purchases and segregated account mandates.

Her clients include PERE fund managers, institutions and sovereign wealth funds. She has experience in fund formation entailing both UK and pan-European investment strategies and UK, European and global fund raisings
