Jannik Becker is a German Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and advises on all aspects of domestic and international tax law. 

He focuses on advising international corporations and partnerships in the field of corporate tax law, in particular in the areas of transfer pricing and taxation of permanent establishments.

He also provides advice on tax audits and tax litigation.

Further, Jannik provides tax advice on projects relating to corporate and/or group restructuring (including M&A) as well as on tax aspects of structuring real estate investments, real estate transactions and investment funds.
