Allexanderia Bingham is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of product liability, consumer class actions, and complex commercial disputes in the life sciences, medical device, and consumer goods industries. 

Allexanderia has considerable experience managing litigation in California state and federal courts, and in multidistrict litigation and coordinated proceedings throughout the country. 

Her experience includes pre-litigation investigation, fact and expert witness development, brief writing, depositions, trial preparation and resolution.

Allexanderia also advises and defends consumer goods clients against claims related to PFAS and emerging contaminants. As a member of the firm’s PFAS Task Force and Consumer Goods, Food and Retail Steering Committee, she helps clients across industries develop strategic compliance and remediation strategies.

Pro Bono

Allexanderia partners with Southern California organizations to work on a variety of pro bono matters. Working with Casa Cornelia Law Center, she has managed an asylum case for a family seeking protection from political persecution. Allexanderia has also partnered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program to secure housing repairs for an elderly client in a habitability action, and frequently represents clients in both uncontested and contested guardianship matters.
