Vanessa assists clients in the conduction of compliance projects with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), besides providing clients with legal opinions on many subjects and drafting and reviewing privacy documents, policies and agreements.

Vanessa also has experience on Intellectual Property matters, assisting clients with administrative and extrajudicial trademark procedures, particularly managing trademark portfolios in Brazil and abroad.
