Andrew Andrzejewski

Andrew Andrzejewski focuses his practice on the defense of product liability litigation. As a member of DLA Piper’s Life Sciences and Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Product Stewardship teams, he represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex litigation in federal and state courts. He has significant experience with pre-litigation investigation, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, and other stages of litigation, and has obtained dismissal of cases for clients.

Andrew’s practice also includes pro bono representation of marginalized LGBT clients.
