DLA Piper announces new office leadership

DLA Piper is pleased to announce changes to its office leadership in New York and Chicago.

Sid Burke and Jamie Knox have been named Co-Managing Partners of the firm’s New York office. Burke’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactions. Knox’s practice encompasses the full range of corporate finance alternatives for both investment-grade and below-investment-grade borrowers.

Drew Rosenberry joins Katie Jahnke Dale as Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Chicago office. Rosenberry advises clients on the corporate and tax aspects of complex business transactions.

“We look forward to the valuable contributions each of these individuals will make as we continue to represent our clients, develop our people, and serve our communities,” said Jackie Park, DLA Piper’s Co-US Managing Partner.
