DLA Piper strengthens Corporate practice with new partner in Dusseldorf

DLA Piper today announces the strengthening of its Corporate and M&A practice with the addition of Sebastian Goslar. From January 1, 2025, he will join the firm’s Corporate group in Germany and will be based in the firm's new office in Dusseldorf.

Sebastian Goslar joins from Linklaters and advises listed companies and their board members as well as investors on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, restructurings and M&A, with a focus on public M&A.

Dr. Kai Bodenstedt und Dr. Martin Haller, Co-Managing Partners of DLA Piper Germany, said: “We are delighted that Sebastian will be joining our Corporate practice group. With his addition, we are continuing our growth strategy for both our Dusseldorf office and our Corporate practice. With our new partners Sebastian Goslar in the Corporate practice and Dr. Gerold Jaeger in the Real Estate practice, we will be represented in Dusseldorf with a total of five partners and their teams from January 2025.”
