DLA Piper advises the Province of Sante Fe on the issuance of debt securities for AR$50 billion

DLA Piper Argentina advised the Province of Sante Fe on the issuance of AR$50 billion debt securities denominated “Road Infrastructure Bonds for Export Logistics in the Province of Santa Fe” due 2027.

The debt securities have a 36-month term, accrue interest at BADLAR rate plus 6.40% per year, and are secured by Federal Co-Participation funds. The Province will allocate the net proceeds to finance road infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and bridges, aimed at strengthening logistics infrastructure for access to the port area in the Greater Rosario Metropolitan Area, fostering economic development, and improving connectivity in the region.

The DLA Piper team that advised the Province of Sante Fe included partner Justo Segura and associates Federico Vieyra and Mariana Carbajo (all of Buenos Aires).
