DLA Piper advises Link Mobility on the acquisition of Net Real Solutions

DLA Piper has advised Link Mobility Spain, a subsidiary of Link Mobility Group, a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of 100% of the Spanish company Net Real Solutions S.L. (NRS) and, indirectly, its subsidiaries Atenea Mobile S.A.S. (Colombia), Kronos Mobile S.A.S. (Colombia) and Pandora Mobile Group, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico), from JTH Enterprises, S.L.

The acquisition strengthens Link Mobility's position in the market for mobile services and business communication solutions in Europe and Latin America, extending its presence and geographic coverage where Net Real Solutions had a strong presence.

The DLA Piper team advising Link Mobility Spain on this transaction consisted of José María Gil-Robles, partner and head of the Corporate Department, Héctor Gómez, legal director, Carlos Fuerte, associate, and Jorge Rahona, associate.

José María Gil-Robles said: "We are very pleased to have advised Link Mobility on this strategic acquisition. This transaction not only strengthens their market presence, but also underlines our ability to handle complex international transactions".
