DLA Piper advises Stealth Monitoring in its acquisition by Garda World Security Corporation

DLA Piper advised Stealth Monitoring, a North American leader in cutting-edge commercial mobile and fixed video monitoring security solutions, in its acquisition by Garda World Security Corporation, an entrepreneurial-driven corporation focused on security services, AI-enabled security technologies, integrated risk management and cash automation solutions.
