DLA Piper advises on Skyward Specialty’s Secondary Public Offering

DLA Piper advised Skyward Specialty Insurance Group, Inc. (Skyward Specialty), a leader in the specialty property and casualty company, in its underwritten offering of 3,850,000 of its common stock by The Westaim Corporation at the price of US$23.00 per share. The underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 577,500 shares from the selling stockholders, priced at US$23.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering closed on June 12, 2023.
