DLA Piper advises Alignment Growth in closing US$360 million investment fund
DLA Piper advised Alignment Growth in the successful closing of Alignment Growth Fund I, LP, its inaugural US$360 million growth equity fund.
Led by Alex Iosilevich, Kevin Tsujihara and Jeff Bewkes, Alignment Growth will use the capital to invest in growth-stage media, entertainment and gaming companies (MEG), leveraging its team's unique operating, strategic and dealmaking expertise to drive value creation.
Since their launch in 2021, Alignment Growth has focused on investment opportunities with the latent capacity to revolutionize the MEG landscape, from disruptive platforms to creators and owners of powerful IP. Their roster of investments currently includes Fever, Crunchbase and Spyglass Media Group.
