DLA Piper advises Ikav Media on its investment in N9NE Studio

DLA Piper advised the German management company Ikav Media, part of IKAV Group, on its capital investment and financing of the company N9NE Studio.

IKAV is an international asset management group headquartered in Germany with local offices in Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and USA. Established in 2010, IKAV provides institutional investors with investment solutions spanning a broad range of energy infrastructure assets including PV, CSP, wind, energy efficiency, geothermal, conventional energy, hydro and wastewater.

N9NE Studio is a company created on the initiative of audiovisual production experts who have worked for companies such as Mikros Animation, Pathé, Wild Bunch and Warner Bros. Studio N9NE, a new player in French audiovisual production, will develop and co-produce films and series.

DLA Piper was involved in the corporate and financing aspects of the transaction.
