I am also very pleased that this year more than a third of those promoted are women, in line with our commitment to increase the diversity of the partnership. Our new partners reflect the globally diverse nature of our business, our clients and the many communities and markets we serve. I congratulate all of our new partners on their well-deserved promotions and look forward to watching them step up in their new roles as they continue to deliver exceptional and innovative solutions for our clients."
Frank Ryan, Global Co-CEO and Global Co-Chair of the Americas, added: "We are thrilled to welcome this accomplished group of lawyers to the partnership. Each of our new partners has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaborating across practices and geographies, a proactive and business-oriented approach to solutions and an impressive ability to pivot and adapt to challenging circumstances, all of which enables them to provide the highest level of client service.
