Anita Agajanian elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Anita Agajanian, a partner in the firm's Boston Real Estate practice, has been elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
Founded in 1978, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers is an elite, invitation-only organization for real estate attorneys who have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. With 22 fellows — including several past presidents — DLA Piper has the largest representation in ACREL of any law firm.
Agajanian concentrates her practice on real estate acquisition, development, finance and leasing, as well as the negotiation of construction contracts. She has represented property owners and investors, national and regional developers, hospitals, universities and other institutions, office, retail and restaurant, high tech and biotech and industrial tenants, and public authorities in complex transactions.
