DLA Piper advises Washington H. Soul Pattinson on acquisition
Global law firm DLA Piper has advised diversified investment house Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (WHSP) (ASX: SOL) on its acquisition of equity interests in various unit trusts managed by private investment company Argyle Capital Partners.
Argyle Capital Partners manages investments in Australian water rights, farmland and agribusiness enterprises. It has assets under management totalling approximately AUD900 million.
DLA Piper's team was led by Corporate partners Emma Kendall and David Ryan, with Finance and Projects partners Onno Bakker and Rhys Davies, senior associates Matthew Parkinson, Elliott Cheung, Kenny Mui, solicitors Amina Karcic and Lily Bleach, and foreign legal associates Katalin Legradi, Jonathan Higgs and Ditte Lundberg.
