Tu B’Shvat Client Dinner
On January 22, 2024, we marked the upcoming Tu B’Shvat holiday with a client dinner at the Old Jaffa home of Chef Nir Zook. Chef Nir sourced his holiday-inspired menu from Israeli farms near Gaza that have suffered in the wake of October 7 and served wine from a northern Israel winery impacted by the war. During dinner, we had the opportunity to hear from Stuart Katz, a mental health advocate, who has been working tirelessly to support the disadvantaged residents of the Gaza-adjascent city of Sderot for many years, and especially since the beginning of the war. We were pleased to gift each of our guests with a copy of Stuart's newly published book, “Travel Therapy: Around the World in Search of Happiness.”
