Ivandro Ristum Trevelim is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper, and co-head of the Real Estate practice, based in São Paulo.
Ivandro focuses his practice on real estate and construction law, including business and legal consultancy for the purchase and sale of urban, rural and industrial plants, leases, structuring of real estate developments, retail, logistic centers and shopping malls; the structuring of real estate financing, real estate investment funds, construction and engineering projects, structuring of bid process and agribusiness.
Ivandro regularly advises clients on issues involving real estate investment transactions, both for Brazilian and foreign investors. His client list is vast and includes native and international companies in all sectors of the real estate market.

Before joining Campos Mello Advogados in 2012 as partner and head of the Real Estate and Construction practice in São Paulo, Ivandro served as real estate attorney for 12 years at a prominent Brazilian law firm.
