DLA Piper Canada is pleased to announce that Robert T. O'Neill, K.C. has joined our Edmonton office as a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. Robert is a senior litigator with an extensive background in civil litigation matters.
Robert has represented clients at all levels of courts in the Province of Alberta and appeared before administrative boards and tribunals on a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice includes personal injury matters, corporate and commercial disputes, employment issues, construction and condominium disputes, estate litigation and a variety of insurance matters. Robert also has considerable experience successfully resolving matters for his clients through negotiation, mediation and arbitration..
