The DLA Piper and Amazon report: How to be more effective in combating the trade in counterfeits?

Report illustrating the situation in Poland

The trade in counterfeit goods is a large-scale phenomenon. Combatting it takes different forms and its effectiveness depends on many factors.

If you want to know the answers to the following questions:

  • What is the current state of the counterfeit goods market in Poland?
  • What phenomena undermine the effectiveness of the fight against counterfeiting?
  • What solutions will make the fight against these phenomena more effective?

We invite you to read the publication prepared by the team IPT DLA Piper Poland in cooperation with Amazon entitled: “How to be more effective in combating the trade in counterfeits? – Report illustrating the situation in Poland”.

The date of the report's release is not coincidental - 26 April is World Intellectual Property Day, a special day established by the World Intellectual Property Organization – World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO (specialised organisation ONZ).
