Maria Uhlig

Maria Uhlig advises investors, companies and founders on national and international private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions as well as on ongoing corporate law matters.

She also advises alternative investment funds, in particular private equity and venture capital funds, on the structuring, restructuring and establishment of funds as well as other fund-related matters and their transactions. A further focus is advising institutional investors on investments in funds.

Furthermore, she accompanies start-ups, growth companies and their founders and investors through all stages of the company and its exit. A particular focus is on advising on financing rounds and the structuring and implementation of employee participation programs.
